Description
Fabulous 2’x4′ size. A Boos Block, marked on the each of the two long sides. From an Austin, Texas BBQ joint that folded (There’s gotta be alcohol or a woman involved), straight joinery, block is 10″ thick, less than 10 years old. Vertically pieced together with end grain hard maple, VERY LEVEL top. Removable wide dowel 24 inch legs are hard maple also and make it sit a period correct 34″ high. Sanded thrice, finished the way your great grandparents would have used it, left natural, with only mineral oil added. Would make nice addition to kitchen as island.
